Growth Assessment

We start with your actual market.

Not a generic sales deck. Before recommending a channel or a system, we look at the market you compete in and what a customer is actually worth to you.

What the assessment looks at

Every market is different. A hardscaping company in a dense suburban county and a roofing company across six rural towns need completely different answers, and neither is well served by a standard proposal.

  • Service area and territory
  • Competitive environment in your towns
  • Average job value and margin
  • Capacity for additional work
  • Existing marketing and what it's producing
  • Customer-acquisition economics
  • Local demand signal across search and community

You get a recommended starting point and the reasoning behind it, including the case for doing nothing yet if that's what the market says.

We review every submission before responding. No automated calendar link, no sales sequence.

We've received your request.

Our team will review your market, service area, and growth profile before reaching out with the most relevant next step. That review is done by a person, not a workflow, so it takes a little time.

  • Within one business day — a real team member reviews your submission and looks at your market.
  • Then — we reach out with what we found and a recommended starting point, or tell you plainly if we don't think there's a fit.
  • If it makes sense — we schedule a conversation to go through the assessment together.

Is the Growth Assessment free?

Yes. It's how we decide whether there's a fit, which matters as much to us as it does to you.

How much does HomeField cost?

Pricing depends on the product, market, territory, and scope. HomeField is designed for established home service companies investing seriously in growth. We begin with a Growth Assessment to determine fit.

What if you don't think we're a fit?

We'll tell you, and where we can we'll point you at what would actually help. Selling a system into a market that can't support it produces a short, unhappy engagement.

Will I get put into a drip sequence?

No. A person reviews your submission and responds. If you'd rather not hear from us again, say so and that's the end of it.
